The path to peace and joy is not mysterious. Neither is it the domain of a particular cultural viewpoint or set of beliefs. It cannot be taught or acquired, though others may be helpful in pointing you in the right direction. If you want it, it is yours, it is not other than your true nature but to realize it you have to commit to breaking that habit of your confused and misguided ways.
